Here’s When It Could Hit $3 Again

Ripple’s XRP token is facing immediate resistance at the $1.50-$1.55 range. CoinGecko data shows that XRP has faced a 8.4% correction in the weekly charts and nearly 48% in the last year, but is trading in the green in the daily, 14-day, and monthly charts. In this price prediction article, let’s discuss why XRP is struggling, and when it can reclaim the $3 price level.

XRP Price Prediction: When Will It Hit $3 Again?

XRP 589 Riddle Emerges

XRP last traded above the $3 mark in early October 2025. The asset had quite a bullish year in 2025, climbing to an all-time high of $3.65 in July. However, the cryptocurrency market entered bear territory in late October, pulling most major assets down.

XRP saw some positive price action in late August and early September amid a market-wide resurgence. However, the rally was short lived as the Federal Reserve decided to raise interest rates to combat rising inflation.

There is a chance that XRP will rise once again towards the end of this year. Many analysts anticipate the cryptocurrency market to rebound by the end of 2026, with Bernstein predicting Bitcoin (BTC) to reclaim the $100,000 mark later this year. BTC hitting $100,000 could trigger another bull run. XRP could potentially hit $3 under such circumstances.

One major factor that could impact XRP’s price is the US-Iran conflict. Oil prices have been very volatile due to the ongoing war. A deal between the two countries could stabilize energy prices, which could cool inflation numbers. Such a development may prompt the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates. Lower rates often lead to more risky investments. XRP and other cryptocurrencies could see increased inflows under such circumstances.

Nonetheless, things are quite blurry for the cryptocurrency market. Prices could go either way and the trend is dependent on larger economic factors.
