Injective (INJ)launches Institutional Rail for block production access

News

Injective (INJ)said its Institutional Rail gives firms direct access to block production, next-block inclusion and pre-commit acknowledgement.

Injective (INJ)said on Monday that it is introducing Institutional Rail, a dedicated access layer for financial institutions, professional trading firms and enterprise applications that connects them directly to validators producing the network’s blocks.

Evidence and context

According to Injective’s announcement dated Nov. 2, 2026, the new rail routes institutional transactions through a dedicated API rather than public endpoints. The company said that arrangement is intended to provide predictable scheduling and acknowledgement before a block is committed, while settlement remains governed by validator consensus and firms retain custody of their own keys.

The announcement said Institutional Rail is built around an Enterprise Validator that sends transactions into its mempool for inclusion in the next block, rather than having them first propagate between validators. Injective said blocks are still voted on and finalized by the full validator set, and that if the Enterprise Validator becomes unavailable, transactions revert to standard network operation.

Injective also said the Enterprise Validator operates on secure hardware that supports remote attestation. The company said anyone can request a cryptographic report signed by the hardware itself to identify the code running in the secure environment.

The network’s design claims in the announcement include approximately 600-millisecond block production, instant finality and no probabilistic confirmation window. Injective said the rail shortens the feedback loop for trading, settlement and treasury systems without changing consensus.

Institutional positioning and named institutions

Injective said its enterprise validator network includes institutions such as Google Cloud, Deutsche Telekom, Kraken and BitGo. The company framed Institutional Rail as part of its broader push into tokenized finance, citing BlackRock’s BUIDL, JPMorgan’s Kinexys network, DTCC’s planned Tokenization Service and Citi’s projection of $5.5 trillion in tokenized assets by 2030.

The announcement also referenced several projects on Injective, including Pentiv’s migration of residential mortgage records, a live pilot with POSCO International and LG CNS for trade receivables, and products launched on the network such as Laser Digital’s Laser Carry Fund, BlackRock money market products and the Hamilton Lane SCOPE Senior Credit Fund.

Injective said Institutional Rail is already in production across a select group of financial institutions, professional trading firms and enterprise teams, with broader rollout to be determined case by case. The company did not disclose how many institutions are using the system or when additional access will be available.

INJ was trading at $7.27 as of Nov. 2, 2026, up 0.41% over 24 hours, giving the token a market capitalization of $726.97 million. The announcement did not tie the product launch to any specific token-related metric or financial projection.
